HYGH AG was founded in Zug in 2018 and is headquartered there.
With a global team of over 100 employees and offices in Germany, we are working to redefine the outdoor advertising market and build a smart, digital display infrastructure.
Our network is currently present in 12 cities and is continuously growing across Germany.
We currently have over 2,750 displays on four different networks and offer our partners a nationwide presence for their advertising messages. We are also a proud partner of Schindler in third-party network marketing and are always open to new collaborations in this area.
Our teams will be happy to advise you on the implementation of effective IO campaigns. We are also constantly optimizing our programmatic advertising offerings, which enable us to address target groups in a more efficient, up-to-date and relevant way. By connecting our network to various DSPs, we can offer our clients the best possible support to achieve their advertising goals.

Antonius Link founded HYGH at the age of 23 with a clear vision to revolutionize the out-of-home advertising market through transformative change. He is the visionary force behind HYGH, and his deep affinity for technology as well as his commitment to innovation are crucial to HYGH’s foundation and success.
CEO
Lauritz Elmshäuser has extensive experience in building startups, ranging from the founding phase to achieving unicorn status. He was responsible for leading the two largest e-commerce platforms in Tanzania and led business development for the German brand bloomon as well as for the German, English, and American markets at Joblift. As a member of HYGH’s leadership team, he successfully raised capital of €21.5 million.
CFO
Ulrich Wurth, former CFO/Co-CEO of RTL Austria, led the exit of Fleetpool to Société Générale as CFO. With over 20 years of international experience, he possesses comprehensive knowledge in the digital transformation of financial processes in media companies, modern personnel management, IPO experiences, IT governance, and risk management. He has successfully implemented numerous M&A projects. As a member of the board of directors of a Swiss stock corporation and head of the finance and legal teams at HYGH, he brings broad expertise.
CGO
Marc Marienfeld, former Managing Director of Germany’s largest DOOH agency Kinetic Worldwide Germany GmbH, uses his extensive digital know-how to strengthen partnerships with leading agencies and support the sales team in its activities. He has over 20 years of experience in the German media industry, including 7 years at WPP/groupm.
